Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bharat Tech Solution Enterprise! These terms outline rules for contracting our IT services, custom software builds, monthly subscriptions, and payment structures.

1. Services Scope

We provide custom software, mobile apps, MLM & banking solutions, Google profile optimizations, monthly SaaS subscriptions, and lead generation services.

2. Project Payment Terms (30% Advance & Completion Balance)

For custom development projects, our standard payment policy is:

• 30% Advance Payment: Required upfront upon agreement sign-off to initiate project development and design workflow.
• 70% Completion Balance: Payable immediately upon complete project build, successful testing, and client review, prior to final handover or server deployment.

3. Monthly Subscriptions & Late Payment Invoices

For software provided on a monthly subscription (SaaS) or recurring billing model:

• Official itemized invoices are generated and issued for every monthly renewal or pending clearing.
• Invoices for late payments or delayed subscription renewals are sent digitally. Failure to clear invoices past due dates may result in temporary account throttling or access suspension until dues are settled.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, platform architecture, and digital assets created by Bharat Tech Solution Enterprise remain our copyrighted property until full final payment is cleared.
