The 30% advance deposit paid to initiate any custom software, web design, or IT project is strictly non-refundable. This covers initial system resource allocation, research, developer time, and structural blueprinting.
Once a project reaches completion and is successfully presented for client review, the remaining 70% balance must be cleared. Refunds or cancellations are not applicable after the final code deployment, source code handover, or domain setup has been completed.
Monthly recurring software subscription fees (for MLM, banking systems, or SaaS apps) are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the ongoing billing month. You can cancel your subscription anytime to avoid future renewal billings.
